Story County College Access Network (SCCAN) is in the Supplemental (5th) Year of funding of a four-year series of Local College Access Network grants from Iowa College Aid.  The grant provides funds to support Story County’s efforts to increase awareness and access to post-secondary educational opportunities available to all learners.

 

SCCAN operates through collective leadership with leaders in different sectors of Story County to ensure we: 

 

1) Provide awareness and coordination among existing resources 

2) Identify gaps  

3) Reduce barriers 

4) Develop solutions that will better prepare individuals for post-secondary educational opportunities and ultimately, careers 

 

SCCAN engages individuals, guardians, and partners to improve outcomes for career readiness and post-secondary opportunities.
